THE PLAYER WHO REPLACED DAVEY LOPES STEVE SAX

On June 23, 1973, in the second game of a doubleheader against the Cincinnati Reds, the Dodgers had a lineup that included Steve Garvey at 1st base, Davey Lopes at 2nd, Ron Cey at 3rd and Bill Russell at shortstop.
