Happy New Year!

I am looking forward to what 2025 Brings. I have a busy schedule the first quarter:

  • January 14-15 – Cleveland Clinic – Final Checkup on my ablation
  • January 18-22 – Inauguration – Washington, DC.
  • February 20-23 – Camelback Ranch with my son
  • March 27- April 5 – The whole family: Disneyland, Dodger Game April 1 (With my son, son-in-law, and my son’s father-in-law), followed by a cruise out of Long Beach to Mexico.
  • April 22-25 – Water Quality Association Convention in Long Beach

We are also doing more construction at our house… adding a hot tub and a large deck. Additionally, my wife’s neice and her husband and two kids (7 and 2) are moving in with us for six months. They were homeless in San Francisco, living in their car. We are giving them a second chance at life. We are also giving him a job. He runs a dialysis clinic and is familiar with what we do. I am optimistic! There is nothing better than to teach and help people be successful in life. Pay it forward whenever you can.

I wish a Happy New Year to Everyone here on LADT and also to Bear (Michael Norris) and Jeff Dominique at www.LAdodgerChronicles.com. They both used to write here, but had to leave due to illness (they were sick of me). 😉

  1. Be Happy, Healthy,Safe and Prosperous to all in 2025 and beyond. I’m prerdicting the Dodgers sign Roki Sasaki and Tanner Scott. My past record for Dodger predictions has been pretty good.

    I’ve been a Dodger fan since 1958. This is truly the Golden Age of Dodger Baseball. We are in for another amazing season. Could the team exceed what they did last year? Probably not, but they could have a repeat as World Champions.

    And what might our Unicorn do in 2025.

    I may be in DC as well for the inauguration, depends where the Rams wind up playing for Divisional weekend.

    Ill be at Opening Day as well, will miss ya by a couple days….enjoy it!

    1. Can’t believe this is May’s last year of club control. Weaponize him in the bullpen and use him hard.
